I accidentally booked a room for the wrong night and Motel 6 refused to refund my $. I WAS a loyal customer, but I guess $64 is enough for them to lose my business. I will be go somewhere else from now on.

Service poor, room not homey, elevators not in service which is poor for disabled people. No 1st floor rooms available. The bed was ok. The shower was OK, there were no pictures on the wall, no comfortable chairs to sit in. Very uncomfortable to watch TV from bed when you are disabled.
