We had the best service. Our newly remodeled room was perfect! They were still remodeling the hotel but the manager did a wonderful job keeping them quiet. There is no breakfast, but with a full kitchen in the room, we made our own easily. We used their outdoor patio and grills to cook some steaks and then jumped into their pool, which was amazing. The staff there was so nice and sweet, and the manager assisted us immediately with our one concern. She was great. Overall, this hotel was the best we stayed at on our whole vacation.

The staff was great and so friendly! The pillows are so soft and fluffy. The free coffee was tasty and convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel!! Pool and propane grills were very beneficial and nice!! We will be back next year!!!

We had a great stay. We stayed in a renovated room Bed was soft and comfy. The kids really enjoyed the pool, there was lots of shade around 7pm. Staff was great and room was very clean. We will definitely recommend to family and friends. We are hoping to be back soon.

I Loved this hotel and the staff. Everyone was so nice. They were simply amazing. I could not ask for a better experience. I will stay there for now on. Way better that the other hotel that I was in last time, even though it was a “upscale” brand. Pick this one, you won’t regret it.

Despite an updated paint job, this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in recent years. Issue with room reservation, very dirty common areas, multiple plumbing problems. Almost never write negative reviews -- trying to help other families here.

Great night clerk. Beds were ok if you like hard and pretty sure there was makeup on one pillow. Pillows were great. Toilet WAYYYYY too close to vanity. No channel guide. Room fairly clean. AC was wonky and there was an annoying mechanical noise coming from bathroom fan. Hot in room because of AC. Hotel was quiet.

Have always stayed at IHG when traveling to visit family. This is the LAST IHG time. Hotel parking was almost none existent due to exterior painting; no baggage carts requiring 9 trips from car to room, and NO AC in Texas. While not dirty, property was not clean.
