The environment is very good, the price/performance ratio is very high, and the location is relatively remote (but it feels okay if you drive yourself).

We had a great stay there. It was very clean and the front desk people were very kind. The bed was absolutely fantastic and comfortable as were the sheets and the duck feather pillows. Good breakfast selection. We will definitely be back

Spent the night of Oct 18. Room and entire property were very clean. Comfortable room with all amenities. Got a good night's sleep. Same young lady at check in and check out was very nice and helpful. Good complimentary breakfast. Good rate. I would stay again and recommend.

Very disappointed with the amenities and customer service from the front desk. We arrived late afternoon excited to get dinner and watch the Olympics. Guess what, they don’t get NBC at this hotel….are you kidding me! The front desk was clueless about this and totally not helpful. Secondly, upon checkout with a large amount of luggage, there were no carts available to help….again, front desk clerk was totally not helpful in trying to assist in any way! Asked for a bottle of water after making several long trips back and forth to my room loading the car and they were going to charge me $3 for a 25 cent bottle of water!! Again are you kidding me! I do not recommend this place….there are many other options nearby.

Excellent facility. Clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Easy access to get to the facility off the highway. Customer service from check in to check out was outstanding. Rooms were quiet and no noise from the surrounding areas. Staff takes pride in their facility, and it shows. Highly recommend a stay here.

but it was Sunday afternoon, and the clerk was obviously new. The longer I was there, the more I liked this Fairfield. It looked brand new and was very clean. The AC worked great, the bed was comfortable, the walk in shower was hot, and the TV had an acceptable number of stations. If there was any weak point, it was breakfast, the croissant sandwich of egg and bacon lacked flavor and was very soggy. I did toast a bagel and ate a yogurt, so I didn't go hungry. Overall I would definitely stay here again if the needcarises.

From a 5 year old "yea, I do like it. The pool was nice. Our hotel room was pretty nice. The shoe holder (shelf) was pretty cool. Breakfast was very good. Bed was pretty nice, I loved it" Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice shower and high quality toiletries.

i am a Marriott employee in Portland, Oregon. This location is very convenient to visit family. But this is the 3rd time I have encountered the GM, Grace. Each time she acts like it's a bother for us to stay there. My grandson did play with a house phone that I didn't realize, but my main issue here is just her rudeness. There were marks that looked like urine stains on the duvet, so I took pics and asked for another one and sheets AND an extra pillow, which basically enraged her. Here at The Nines Hotel in Portland, our employees AND visiting employees are treated like family and definitely not made to feel like less of a person. i was there for a funeral and was treated like scum.

Very well-maintained facility. We stayed her on our return from Florida to Colorado., and this is an excellent Fairfield. Staff was very customer oriented, from check in to check out. Staff made an extra effort to ensure when had all we needed and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was great. Nice continental breakfast. East access to and from the highways. You will enjoy your stay at this Fairfield.
