Hotel is located not too far from the Simien Mountain Office (approx 1.5 km), so you may walk to do your registrations, etc.
Bajaj is very expensive.Car parking available at the hotel, but parking space is limited (call in advance)..
Hotel facilities are a bit worn out, but rooms are OK, hot shower OK, bed clean, no aircon.
Breakfast was limited to coffee/tea, egg, bred, jam, long waiting time till ready.
Debark is touristic and highly overpriced, even with only very little tourists around after CoVid/after conflict times.
In this overpriced context the hotel price seems reasonable.
