We arrived at this hotel in the area 12-13 The room was not ready for 20 minutes waited.. We brought welcome cocktails. The room was not that they booked but yes.. The conder is noisy on the first floor.. There is a pati near the room.. On the territory is full of gushes.. Near the river, and this means mosquitoes bite as wild.. The pool is cold as it is in the forests ... Ledges with ants and water after the rain... They have not seen them clean.. After the territory they follow without end the paths.. Shummnovato in the room and hotel. Hot water was. Breakfast is standard Lancaine without any surprise.. Take chicken soup in the hotel one water. Staff friendly.

Basically it can. We ordered two rooms for one night. It's not on the main street, but you have to turn into a small road. It's a bit remote at night. Everything else meets the requirements of simplicity, cleanliness, speed, quietness and cheapness. As for comfort, different people have different opinions, I think it's okay. The water heater has a small amount of water, and there is no appliance for boiling water.

Nice accommodation something outside the center of the city of Tissamaharama. Centrally located, the owner speaks good English, is helpful in tour planning ( safari in Yala-N.P.). A English breakfast was prepared in the morning (toast, butter, marmelade, fruit and tea). The rooms are simply but conveniently furnished. Why would you book it again at any time.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip across Sri Lanka. Right after our arrival, staff ripped fresh coconut streight from palm tree in their garden for us. They recommend some nice locations near to the hotel (Nice lake where many bats flying in the evening etc.). Early in the morning we went on the safari and the staff packed food for us. Very nice stay full of nice and kind people.

I recommend to stay in the Elephant Eye Hotel! It's a lovely place surrounded by nature and amazing stuff! I didn't want to come back home from my one week stay! The rooms are beautiful, really liked the pool. Next time I will stay longer! Thank you so much!
