服務：前台小姐姐挺熱情的，辦理入住的時候，就主動幫我升級房型了，這是我想不到的
環境：酒店附近交通方便，吃的也方便，下樓就看到了，叫外賣也方便，然後酒店挺安靜的，酒店還很貼心的準備了水果放房間裏

酒店位於縣城鬧中取靜地段，有很大的地下車庫，門前河流邊的草地是周邊居民週末休閑的好地方。房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，床品浴巾新，空調安靜有力。每天都有四色果盤。由於不習慣本地餐館，晚餐都在酒店吃（4月12、13號），餐廳的同一位女服務員耐心聽取我們的要求，與廚房做了有效溝通，在等待上菜的期間，她也主動得體地問候我們，介紹當地的風光。我們吃到可口的飯菜，也體驗到當地良善的人情，更讓我們對德保對這家酒店留下温馨的印象。
