Please note that the entire accommodation is pet-friendly. There was a large dog in the room next to us and it was barking so we requested a room change and fortunately it was resolved right away. One regret is that the female staff at the front desk was not very friendly when checking in.

We arrived very late in the evening, but we were greeted by Jennifer, who greeted us in a friendly manner. She checked us in quickly, and was helpful answering questions we had. The hotel was what we like about Hampton...consistent.

I had tried to talk to someone at this hotel for 3 days but really no one would discuss my concern. We paid higher nightly rate for this hotel due to there being a pool. The pool was out of order for 75 percent of the trip with no discount offered or response when asked. The furniture in the lobby was stained. Our room was out of shampoo, toilet paper etc. which require several trips to the front desk. This hotel was very noisy by the street and difficult to sleep. The room was fairly clean and the breakfast was good.

We chose this location because of its convenient location to the Henry Ford. Our room was clean and spacious; the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom also was very clean with a nice shower. Parking was convenient for a city location, right behind the hotel. There are many restaurants within walking distance; the receptionist recommended one that we went to twice. The only short-coming was that breakfast was adequate, but lacked several items we are used to seeing at Hampton Inns. When we return to Dearborn we will definitely consider staying here again.

Despite the hotel being fairly empty it was the loudest hotel I have stayed in. The walls are very thin and I could clearly hear the individuals in the rooms next door. I'm pretty sure the individual upstairs was working out in the middle of the night.
