Americas Best Value Inn

HORRIBLE STAY!! My husband and his mother booked here for one night.. when they got to their room there was bugs in the shower and between the shower curtains and dirty linens on the bed. They went to the desk to leave and ask for a refund as they were not going to stay, no refund was offered and no credit was given. Would not recommend this hotel!!

My room was clean sheets and towels fresh, I had good sleep, I enjoy my stay and have a good times with my friends we went to the ****** and enjoyed in Downtown is beautiful have a lot restaurants, I recommend it!!!

I stayed at this hotel on July 15th and left early the next morning. My room was infested with Roaches, the tolite did not have a seat, the television didn't work. The air conditioning blew hot air. I reported all of these issues to the front desk staff immediately. I was told by the front desk staff that the General Manager would speak with me on Monday July 17, but I wasn't contacted. I called the hotel on July 18th to ask for the GM. The person answered the call, wouldn't give me his name and said the Gm would call me back only if he wanted to. The person answering my call told me to "have fun" when I told him I'm writing a review. I didn't ask for a full refund. My main concern was that the management was made aware of the very substandard condition of my room. I would never recommend anyone stay at this place. It's evident they don't care about their guests....

The worst hotel in the world they have roaches and bed bugs and they don’t give refunds they need to be shut down and a inspector need to go there. No way I could leave with a bug infestation 🤬💯💯💯

Friendly stuff hotel and room was clean and controtable, convenient area for shopping hotel is close to Downtown and Fordson Museum, I really enjoyed my stay and have a good time I really recommend!!!

There was no place to hang clothes. Refrigerator did not work in room 412. The hallway on 4 was filthy for all three days that we were there. There were nodrinking cups, no wash clothes, no ice bucket, no bath rug or extra towels, and no radio or clock. There was only one waste basket. There should be a second one in the bathroom. The bed was clean and comfortable, but there should be more pillows on a king bed. The price was good. The hotel was good enough in a pinch, when nothing affordable in Detroit was available. On the main drag, and close to restaurants.
