We had issue upon checkin. Window curtain fell when tried to open. Reported to front desk to fix. No one showed up to fix. We didn’t sleep due to bright lights coming into the room. We were tired next day morning and we had to drive 5plus hours to go to Sioux falls city.
This issue was reported this morning and she added these notes in to room check out. You should obtain a copy of room check out. She won’t give me because it was booked by third party.
Please let me know what resolution you can provide. She said she would discount the room but since this was booked by third party. She said I should contact you since you booked my room.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was clean and modern with a great view of the gulch!

The Deadwood Gulch Resort was very good, but what stood out was the staff. They were incredible! Very friendly and attentive. The facilities were great and when the dining facility is open again it will be even better. However, it remains that the staff there were outstanding and should be commended for going above and beyond my expectations!

Had a fantastic experience at this hotel, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and everything felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!

The Presidential Suite was very nice and spacious for our party of 3. It was great having a living room with counter bar to eat at. The bathroom was big and the whirlpool tub and large walk in shower were a bonus. Nice private deck to enjoy out a set of slider doors. Heat in the bedroom wasn’t working so we kept the bedroom door open and we were fine. There was a small stand heater that could be used, if needed.

The presidential suite was very nice and spacious. Loved the bathroom and shower space. It was clean. The deck overlooking the creek was a bonus.
