The hotel is good but it needs a renovation. The furniture looks tired. Bed very comfortable. The outdoor pool is very large and clean and is closed to the guests until 08:30! Some guests would like an early swim. The spa has a heated dead sea water pool. We had great massages. A meaty dinner had good variety of meats salads etc. Breakfast was also excellent. Maxim at the front desk was very helpful and professional.

From beginning to end our stay was fantastic. Rooms are large and well appointed. Appreciated the complimentary chocolate and water. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable. Probably the best I've ever experienced. Easy access to the beach which came with free chairs and beds in a well covered area. Spa rates and food were very reasonably priced. And after check out we were allowed to stay on the property to use the facilities. Really liked the way they hand out towels by vending machine which is free.

The bathroom was flooded after shower and I had to complain 3 times and went to the supervizer and then they send someone that did not solve the problem ! Each day I had to complain about the towels as they did not put enough ! The air condition was not working well and in the after noon it was very hot in the room ! To see the television was very enoying as it was interferences all the time !! The food was good and the elevators were working fine ! In few words in the Enjoy hotel in the dead sea,I did not enjoy !

A wonderful hotel, we had 2 nights with half , board basis. The room was spacious, we had a sude balcony that faced the sea, pool and the mountains, that was more than enough. Food was delicious in every meal, pool was great and the spa wonderful. The spa was never too crowded. Parking lot was spacious and the receptionist took our car number in order for us not to pay for it. Bed was fantastic ! I suffer from headaches in the hotels and this was first time i did not suffer all. The pillows and the mattresses super confy. Air conditioning was. perfect. The price was very affordable . Thanks Enjoy hotel! We will definitely come back

Отдыхали всей семьей, номера были чистые, в номере есть косметика, халаты, чайник, сейф. Еда (брали завтраки и ужины) понравилась. Дети смогли найти себе еду по вкусу. Выбор был большой. СПА тоже понравился. Есть бассейн с водой мертвого моря, джакузи, сужая и влажная парилки. Единственный минус-я повредила ногу, когда выходила из бассейна с морской водой. Нога провалилась в слив (пластиковая верхняя сетка проломилась). На месте ногу обработали, но я не смогла больше плавать в бассейне, так как рана сильно щипала. В целом впечатления хорошие, но хотелось бы, чтобы отель уделял больше внимания безопасности гостей.
