Hele fijne locatie! Zeer relaxed! Wij zaten in een ingerichte tent in de camp lodge. Let op: om te koken moet je zelf pannen en borden etc hebben of kopen. Heerlijke lounge, top uitzicht over de dode zee. Bus stop vlakbij. Mini market op de kibbutz zelf te vinden. Erg mooie botanische omgeving. Zwembad bij het hotel, is te lopen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Denk ook even aan je lakenset en handdoeken, die kun je bij de receptie krijgen/kopen of zelf ergens vooraf aan de locatie kopen. Er liggen fijne matrassen in de lodge zelf, kussens en dekens. Heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Wir hatten kein Hotelzimmer gefunden wegen der Feiertage und Sahr ( Schwester des Besitzers) hatte mit mir schon super netten Kontakt vor Anreise und hat uns dann vor Ort geholfen und wir konnten das Zimmer einer Stornierung bekommen , so cool und nett alle dort ! Das Camp hat eine super Lage neben dem Botanischen Garten und Kibbuz und hat leckeres Essen und hilfsbereite freundliche Leute ! Man kann auch in coolen VW Bussen übernachten … Am Abend gab es ein anderes Paar im Zelt die sehr rücksichtslos im gesperrten Bereich ihr Zelt aufgebaut haben und volle Lautstärke Musik gespielt haben , die Leute vom Camp haben sich super darum gekümmert und die Musik abgestellt so dass dann alle schlafen konnten …

Quel bonheur, quel reve dormir dans un combi VW face a la mer morte. Emplacment de reve avec une vue imprenable au reveil depuis votre combi tout confort Apres une nuit animée au bar avec une equipe et une deco au top. Moment inoubliable du voyage Merci merci merci

We stayed with my family (4 persons) at Ein Gedi Hostel and found the Camp Lodge by fortune for a dinner - great people, delicious meals, cool athmosphere. We stayed for the whole evening and enjoyed the place very much. A hot recommendation in this area!

We stayed there for a single night at one of the VW vans. Upon arriving we were told that the camp does not provide bed sheets and covers. We could, however, rent those for a price!! The person at the reception said it was "explicitly written 'somewhere' on the website". It was not and moreover, also not written in the booking confirmation (where everything you should bring with you is written). Talking about this with the employees yielded answers to the tune of "this is the experience we provide". So indeed this is the experience and we will not want to have it repeated. Generally speaking the service was non-existant except for the bar. For example, at the restaurant, we (and others) had to remove dishes from the un clean tables where previous diners ate.

Stayed here with family for a night during a visit to Israel this month, and we loved it. The view of the Dead Sea is unparalleled and the vibes are great. The staff are all super friendly, and the site is well maintained. We stayed in a tent, which was well extremely well air conditioned. Simple but comfortable. The main 'lobby' area has lots of sitting areas, great music, and a wonderful energy... we met a number of other travelers and had a blast. The food is fantastic, worthy of a visit in and of itself. Excellent shakshuka and labneh, as well as pizza and chicken schnitzel. On a separate visit we stayed in one of the campers, the Luna Caravan, which was also super comfortable and recommended for a quieter, more private experience as it's set further from the main lobby area. As a guest of either you can walk through the beautiful kibbutz botanical gardens as well as visit their pool to cool off. I look forward to going back!
