Nous sommes arrivés avec deux grands chiens et quel accueil! On est venu nous chercher jusque dans les garages, une dame d'une grande gentillesse avec une belle énergie. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une plus grande chambre avec balcon suite à un désistement. Les chambres ne sont pas parfaites mais c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix et très propre! J'adore cette rue, plus loin de l'affluence de la digue et à 3min à pieds de la mer. Le petit déjeuner servi à l'hôtel cajou était bon et suffisamment varié. Nous avons également pu nous y rendre avec nos chiens. Merci pour cet accueil et cette énergie positive. Nous reviendrons avec nos loulous ❤️🐶

Na reservatie en bevestiging komen ze met allerlei belachelijke extra kosten (10 euro extra voor zaterdag en zondag, 10 euro administratiekost en 15 euro verbruikskosten), om over de parking nog maar te zwijgen want ook dat komt er nog bij. Je krijgt gewoon een droge mail terug dat je kosteloos kan annuleren en elders kan boeken. Wel, hopelijk doet iedereen dit ook want dit hotel is het niet waard gasten te ontvangen. Het lijken wel amateurs.

Reservatie gemaakt met Bongo en moest lieftst €35 extra betalen. €15 energiekost?! voor 1 overnachting, €10 weekendtoeslag en €10 administratiekost. Heb deze reservatie dan ook geannuleerd (wat gezien de hoge extra kosten ook hun bedoeling was). Als ze niet met Bongo willen werken dan moeten ze zich er ook niet voor opgeven!

Très déçue de l’organisation, personne à la réception, on est renvoyé à l’hôtel Cajou un peu plus loin, c'est là également qu'il faut prendre le petit-déjeuner, idem pour le parking, c'était mon 1er séjour et le dernier

we werden last minute verplaatst van hotrel Maxim naar hotel Cajou van dezelfde eigenaar wegens onvoldoende bezetting wat voor ons geen probleem was maar ... naast een lekker ontbijt hebben we minder leuke ervaringen zoals zwarte schimmel in de douche, de onverwachte en niet aangekondigde kost van 15 euro voor het gebruik van de hotelparking, het straatlawaai langs de kant van de Nieuwpoortlaan en vooral de onbeschofte afscheidszin van de zaakvoerder: "en bedankt om "geen" gebruik te maken van ons restaurant gisteravond.

chambre ok - personnel agréable - garage payant dans l'hôtel à 15 eur la nuit, ce qui est quand même un peu cher si on reste plusieurs nuits !!! Par pitié... changer la literie ! Matelas : le TOP de l'inconfort.!

Très bon accueil le personnel très sympathique la chambre avec balcon très bien a part certaines choses a changer dans la salle de bain pour le petit-déjeuner rien à dire et la facilité d un garage au sous sol est un plus hotel très bien situé et au calme je le recommande
