J'ai accompagné très récemment ma maman lors d'un séjour organisé pour un groupe de personnes âgées. L'accueil par le patron a été en dessous de tout. De très mauvaise humeur, il vous rabroue et n'a aucune considération pour le client. Son attitude a perduré tout le séjour (5 j). Toute la nourriture est servie en plat commun (pour une table, mets à se répartir entre les personnes à table) est industrielle, de l'entrée au dessert. Je me suis sentie dans une cantine pour les scouts. Les chambres du 2ème étage côté parking sont extrêmement petites, plein soleil sans airco. Le parking extérieur est facturé 15 euros/jour alors que vous payez une pension complète. Le personnel (de service à table et de nettoyage) est sous qualifié pour le job (si vous "oser" demander un poivrier on vous répond "il est à table" alors qu'il n'y en a pas. Conclusion : plus jamais dans cet hôtel (le patron en a 3 dans la même rue).

Avons été pour le souper, bon accueil, la carte est bien garnie, pas non march6.On à pas mal mangé...ambiance sobre.... Que dire de plus , il faut 200 caractère... et il n y a pas grand chose à dire..... Gambas a 27,50 €...Anguilles au vert à 38 € ..

Suite à un bongo reçu, nous réservons à l’hôtel Maxim à la Panne. Le jour de notre départ, l’hôtel nous sonne pour dire que nous sommes transféré à l’hôtel Cajou à la Panne car pas assez de réservation à l’hôtel Maxim. Arrivée là bas reçu froidement par le patron avec une petite remarque car nous sommes wallon et une femme qui coupe ses ongles derrière le comptoir. Ils nous invitent de se garer sur leur parking attenant à leur hôtel. Chambre ok, déjeuner industriel mais c’est surtout les frais de exactement 44,00 euros qui nous interpellent. Donc on demande explication et il nous répond 2,00 euros par personne de taxes de séjour, 10,00 euros de frais administratifs, 15,00 euros d’eaux et électricité par jour et 15,00 de parking par jour ( on est arrivé 14h30 et reparti le lendemain à 11h) et il nous dit si vous auriez réservé le wk c’était encore 10,00 euros en plus. Franchement on était sur les rotules, ça s’appelle de l’arnaque . On ne retournera plus jamais. Deux hôtels à ne pas fréquenter car le même patron.

Très bon séjour, le personnel est aimable et avenant , petit déjeuner avec du choix et un souper 4 services copieux. Grand parking payant mais aisé. Depuis des années que l' on séjourne nous n'avons jamais été déçu. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Hotel Cajou heeft ons verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt! We werden warm ontvangen en de service was uitstekend. De kamers zijn prachtig en zeer comfortabel. Het eten op het gezellige terras was heerlijk. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en nam de tijd voor een fijne babbel. Een absolute aanrader, we komen zeker terug! 5 sterren!

onvriendelijke medewerker aan de receptie. Men profiteert van het feit dat men van toerisme leeft. 4 x telefonisch contact gehad en je wordt steeds aan het lijntje gehouden ddor iemand die niet graag werkt. Nooit zien ze mij daar nog......

Top adres, tijdens het OLH weekend gelogeerd , hartelijke ontvangst, mooie ruime en propere kamer , uitgebreid ontbijt , heel vriendelijk personeel . Vlak bij t strand en t centrum . P Privé parking (15 euro ) gelukkig want De Panne zat vol . 's avonds nog genoten van een heerlijke menu in hun restaurant . ja zeker een aanrader

Het was precies thuiskomen. De properheid van onze knusse kamer was top. MC Bruno zorgde ook voor een glimlach bij het onthaal en Manu was super vriendelijk en enthousiast tijdens ons bezoek aan het restaurant. Dit wordt ons "familiehotel" bij uitstek als we naar de kust trekken.
