Erstes Problem war die Schlüsselapp, bei der man manchmal bis zu 10 Versuche brauchte, bis die Tür sich öffnen ließ. Unter zwei Versuchen hat es nie geklappt, die Tür zu öffnen. Außerdem war die Dusche total verstopft, was auch trotz Nachfrage in unserem 5tägigen Aufenthalt nicht behoben wurde. So mussten wir erst immer eine halbe Stunde warten, bis der nächste duschen konnte, weil wir sonst das Bad geflutet hätten. Die Badartikel und einen Fön, die eigentlich laut den Angaben im Studio vorhanden sein sollten, haben wir erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bekommen. Den Fön sogar erst am dritten Tag unseres Aufenthalts, so dass unsere 2jährige Tochter an zwei Abenden mit nassen Haaren ins Bett musste. Einige der Möbel waren ebenfalls beschädigt. Z.B. waren Türen der Schränke lose. Einziger Plustpunkt ist die Aussicht von der Terasse auf das Flugfeld des Sportflughafens von Texel.
