酒店在管理上存在問題太多了。房間開了免打擾，不願意讓服務員進來，結果出去吃飯回來發現房間還是有人進來打掃了，未經過允許私自進入房間，那免打擾的存在有什麼意義？房間隔音也不好，半夜有素質差的在房間大聲喧嘩、大砸摔東西，給前台打電話，前台衹是説那個客人情緒有問題，大半夜要給我換房，你咋不給犯錯的人換房？你咋不去制止犯錯的人反而麻煩我？我訂了套房，前台直接開成普通房，還反問我：那你是想住套房嗎？不是我想不想，是我訂的就是套房，你憑什麼給我降級？服務員上來就狡辯反駁，做錯事不敢承認不反思錯誤。退房前一天到前台説第二天10點半要求打印發票，衹是答應了但沒做，前台服務員真的太差了。

必須給服務打滿分！從進門到退房，工作人員都特別熱情。行李多的時候有人幫忙搬運，詢問餐廳推薦時，詳細到營業時間和招牌菜。房間整潔，停車場的停車位也特別多，工作人員服務態度一流，住得特別開心，會推薦給朋友！
