The room was very clean. The staff were very professional. The pool was outside in the barbecue pit was perfect to sleep in the pullout. Couch was very comfortable. The room had a full kitchen. Bathroom was kind of small, but it was clean and nice. Will recommend to friends and family..

If you want a great time on the Daytona Beaches, this is a gem of a location and is close to multiple outstanding local restaurants, Publix, and Walgreens.

The room was small but adequate for what we needed. We booked last minute, so the studio was the only thing available. I would highly recommend booking in advance to get one of the 6 oceanfront rooms. Also, there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, definitely ask for the first floor. The room was immaculately clean, the air conditioner worked well, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is assigned by room so you never have to worry about having a parking spot. The pool deck was nice and quiet, but it does close a little early for my taste. There was never a mad-dash for chairs. Also, you have the option of using two gas grills on the pool deck or two charcoal grills just outside the rooms! If you are a griller, this is a rare find on the beach. If you're in the area, check out Gaff's Meats--best steaks and shrimp we've ever had!!

Wonderful!
We only stayed a couple days but it was super comfortable and clean. Love that we had efficiency rooms to do a bit of cooking. This place allows smoking on grounds but not in rooms. Being a smoker, I appreciated that but I also appreciated how respectful all the smokers were, including myself. Lots of receptacles available and they are kept clean and organized. It IS possible to be a respectful and clean smoker. Pool area is gorgeous and this place is right on the beach! We really had a nice time and felt very comfortable there.

Overall a nice place
Great little property, staff was really nice & timeshare owners were friendly. (Except for the rowdy ones next door at Fantasy II.)
Bathroom a tad small, but it's an older property. Murphy bed was comfortable. Having a dehumidifier in the room was ok, just had to unplug when we didn't want it running.

It's a little strange how the check-in and check-out process works. We arrived at night, I had already called earlier and the keys were in an old locker, we had the password, everything worked out. There was a leak in the refrigerator and it was fixed in the morning but no credit was offered for the inconvenience. Complimentary parking was great.
