Beautiful Resort, on ocean front beach. I stay there each year. I also stayed at an Exploria resort in New Smyrna when Hurricane tore the Grand Seas apart.

When I book I was a little sad that the rooms didn’t have a balcony but let me tell you the view I had was amazing. Watching the sunset and even seeing dolphins. I can’t wait to come back again my room was super clean. I stayed for 5 days and I enjoyed every moment.

⸻ We reserved our rooms nearly a year in advance and made it very clear that we were traveling with two handicapped individuals and needed at least one ground floor room. I assumed booking that far ahead would give the hotel plenty of time to accommodate a simple accessibility request. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When we checked in, not only were our rooms placed on the 2nd and 3rd floors (nowhere near each other), but the front desk clerk was extremely rude and dismissive. I explained that these rooms wouldn’t work due to mobility issues, and she responded with nothing but a blank stare—zero concern or effort to help. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the elevator was broken multiple times during our stay, which made the situation even more stressful and unsafe. This experience was not only disappointing but also unacceptable given the needs we clearly communicated well in advance.

I have owned their since 1997 and the resort looks amazing with all of the new renovations. The location is awesome on the ocean and across from the shopping center . Enjoy the tiki bar, restaurant and pools overlooking to the beach.. Looking forward for another visit. Laura

Great location, we had an ocean view - but only through the windows (though they were floor to ceiling). No balconies. The staff was attentive & good. We attended a time share presentation. It was supposed to be 90 minutes, but was more like 2 hours. We did not buy as we already have a time share.
