La Bella Oceanfront Inn - Daytona

Pictures looked great, but was far off in person. Pool was empty and full of sand, rooms are dirty and ran down. Staff is however very polite and is in a great location imo

Most disappointed to see that the pool was under construction, blocking the entire access to the ocean. The room was clean and quiet. there was no attendant on duty when I checked out so the promise of coffee in the morning was not upheld. The price of the room was probably fair for what I got.

We picked this place due to it's originality, called due to coming in in the middle of the night, was told they are open 24 hours. Upon arriving they were closed rang several different bells and had to call for a half naked Lady to check us in and we stated we were checking out a day early, she still charged for 3 nights. No refund given at checkout. Room was full of roaches, the couple above were continuously throwing furniture all night and even got into a physical altercation outside. Had to wait until after 10am for someone to arrive so we can check out and the young lady who's mom owns the place said she was sorry for the problems but that she would need to get with the manager about our money. We still have not received a refund and this was supposed to be a fully refundable stay. The lady and the mother who run the place were very pleasant, but they don't understand why they are getting bad reviews. If they refund our money, get rid of the roaches, and pay attention to whom they check in, also if they are saying open 24 hours they need to be just that, we may return. Enjoyed the beach.

Nice staff. Room was good. Great price for an oceanfront hotel.

The property is in really bad conditions, the smell is terrible. Please do not recommend this hotel.
