Hilton Vacation Club Daytona Beach Regency

I was staying at another Hilton Vacation Club about 4 miles from this location. There, I was invited to a presentation at the Hilton Vacation Club Daytona Beach Regency, with the promise of $125 and a free hotel week. When I got there, everything changed. They didn’t honor the offer, and they wasted my time. Even worse, I felt that I was treated differently and with less respect simply because I’m from another country and speak Spanish. Their attitude made me uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was a very disappointing experience — disrespectful, unprofessional, and discriminatory. I expected much more from a Hilton property. No cumplieron con lo prometido y me hicieron perder el tiempo. Lo peor fue que sentí que me trataron diferente y con menos respeto solo por ser extranjero y hablar español. La actitud del personal me hizo sentir incómodo y no bienvenido. Fue una experiencia muy decepcionante, poco profesional y con un trato discriminatorio. Esperaba mucho más de una propiedad de Hilton. No recomiendo este lugar.

Our stay at Hilton Vacation Club Daytona Beach was nothing short of appalling. We were given a room next to a garbage dumpster. When we questioned it, we were told that “better rooms are reserved for members.” If this is how you expect people to invest in a timeshare — by first making them feel like second-class guests — it’s laughable. Then came the real shock: the bedroom door was broken and couldn’t even close. At night, we were genuinely afraid it might fall off and hurt someone. The balcony had pigeon nests and droppings, and my daughter — who has a medical allergy to pigeons — was exposed to this health hazard. I raised it with reception immediately, only to be met with complete indifference and rudeness. That same rude attitude surfaced again when we requested pool towels. Instead of a simple solution, we were scolded and told to “order from the room next time” because they’re “low on stock.” How is a guest supposed to know that? And more importantly — where is the basic respect? This entire experience was a disaster. Unsafe conditions, unclean environment, and shockingly rude staff. As a long-time Hilton guest, I left feeling insulted, angry, and misled. If this is the Hilton standard now, it’s disgraceful.

Perfect place to enjoy Daytona Beach! Perfect location to enjoy Daytona beach! Clean and welcoming from the lobby to the spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and aims to be sure their guest have everything they need to ensure a great vacation!

Overall a very good hotel. The hallway did have an odor from either the carpets or another guest. We had very noisy neighbors that woke our children up multiple times during the night.
