Owners were very friendly. Room was cleaned each day, parking in front of room, beds comfortable and great breakfast restaurant next door. We did have some issues with the tub not draining during showers, but it was survivable. Would stay here again.

Comfortable Budget Motel
The owners of the hotel are so nice and over-the-top accommodating! But keep in mind this is a budget motel in a tourist area. Don’t expect top of the line. It’s a clean, comfortable place to lay your head that doesn’t cost a fortune. I would definitely stay again if I found myself in Daytona.

Quality environment in an older well kept hotel. Really nice couple runs the hotel and provides the service. A really quiet comfortable stay.

Clean, safe with great owners
Its a very clean no frills motel in a perfect location for events at daytona speedway. The owners are amazing and will go out of their way to help you out. Its our second time staying there and where we will stay if we return next year.

We booked this hotel for the Welcome to Rockville festival. We paid a little more than I think the rooms were worth, but it’s to be expected during a festival and was still significantly cheaper than most other hotels in the area. We arrived literally minutes before the midnight check-in cutoff, and I felt bad for cutting it so close, but the proprietors are SO KIND!! I’ll be honest, from the outside, the rooms looked a little sketchy, but once inside they are very comfortable and clean. They are a little dated, but practically spotless! We had open issue with our shower, and the owners were so apologetic and addressed it immediately. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Daytona. To the proprietors, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your names, but I cannot thank you enough for being so kind and accommodating!!

The property was dated circa late 60s early 70s. The appliances and furnishings while clean were old and worn. No coffee maker
inthe room and the available t.v. stations were limited. The area was quite and the neighborhood appeared to be safe. The motel was close to the airport , daytona speedway and the beach. I would say that the owner ran a very "tight ship" and in geared towards customer satisfaction.
