Home for the Holidays in Dayton!! This HUGE home is situated in the historic Walnut Hills area of Dayton. The neighborhood is charming and eclectic and from our experience, very quiet! We found plenty of parking right on the street in front of the house and we had 3 cars! When you walk in the front door of the home, the charm of this classic old home is spectacular! You feel at home immediately in the large, well decorated living room with a large fireplace. Throughout the home each of the 6 bedrooms are tastefully adorned and functional. Above all, it is clean!! And, when they say “ kid friendly” they aren’t kidding. Our 3 year old granddaughter had a blast! Finally, Steven was wonderful to work with. We didn’t need much, but he was available if needed. If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home, you will not be disappointed.

Very spacious 4 adults and 10 girls spent a few days. Very roomy and everyone was able to sleep in a bed. Well maintained older home. Clean bathrooms. Nice fenced in yard. Surprised that the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Kitchen could use some updating but overall a very nice house. Would recommend for large groups.

Great place to stay! If you need a lot of bedrooms and space for your get together, this is the place. Grocery and drug stores just a couple blocks away. Owner very responsive. Enclosed back yard. Kitchen has lots of essential baking and cooking implements if you are planning to make meals there. Very happy with this rental.

Great house for big group or family Our tennis team stayed here for a district tournament in town. We loved having room to spread out and give everyone their own room/bed. Owner was also flexible with checkout time for us given our unique match schedule. We really appreciated that and the prompt communication!
