Had a great time, amazing views from our room. Even though we were there during Winter there is still so much to do. The room was clean and quiet, easy to get onto and locate. Shops and eating places very close some even waking distance. The bed are super comfy and the heated flooring in the bathroom was a nice added extra touch to the room.
Make sure you take a walk around the lake when you visit, it's beautiful!

It started with a misunderstanding of the accomodation Rather than a small 1 bed house it was a house divided into studios Our bed sit was tiny We had thought we could prep some meals there but the kitchenette was basic Not 1 sharp knife able to cut bread or an apple Cleaning had been basic with things like dust in the handle of the kettle the lounge the balcony had not been cleaned in a long while Basically it was a cramped dissappointing stay for 3 days

Great place to stay. Comfortable clean great view of the lake and good size rooms with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities maybe the mini fridge needs to be a bar fridge but excellent accommodation.

The only disappointing thing was we didn't have a view of the Lake that it showed in the picture.
We were able to get into the property earlier which was great.

I am in Daylesford for my 50th Birthday Sojourn and Balconies Lakeside has been the perfect place to lay my head in between lovely meals, brunches, wanders and spa dates. The rooms are comfortable, clean-clean and just lovely spaces. The owners and staff have been so wonderful and just made my stay that little extra special. The Aged Aunt and I will definitely be back to enjoy Daylesford and we will definitely be booking ourself a Balconies Lakeside studio room or cottage to R&R in. Thank you so much for making my, what I call, F-wording Fabulous 50th Sojourn just perfect!!
