房間視野很好，酒店服務細節做的不錯，一入住就會送上新鮮的歡迎水果，入睡前有甜品，退房後還有伴手禮送上，每個人有專屬的管家，有任何問題可以直接聯繫 雙人山景温泉體驗:很不錯，是天然的，酒店的浴袍很舒服 唯一不足的就是這個房型可能浴室的窗簾不太遮光，所以會導致卧室這邊天亮後會有些光，我個人是喜歡完全沒有光的入睡環境 總之，這次入住體驗很好，是會再次選擇的，等到12月或者1月有時間會帶家人再入住

服務非常到位

這個好評是衝著管家給的。管家服務態度超nice～，遇到事情解決的很及時。前台跟餐飲部態度不行。房間很乾凈，但是晚上睡覺很冷，（酒店説他們開了地暖的，但下半夜地面都沒得温度的）房間不隔音，外面説個話聽的一清二楚。枕頭不是很舒服，熱水很燙，洗澡就要調到冷水去，一會又要調到熱水，很不穩定。温泉池很小，唯一一個大温泉温度最高衹有28，本來是衝著新開來的，覺得服務設施這些應該不錯，但體驗感不太行。價格跟服務不匹配。

Environment: The environment is so comfortable. The hotel is located next to the stream. It is also the only way to Xiling Snow Mountain and very close to Huashui Bay. The hotel is surrounded by mountains. When you get up in the morning and go to the balcony, you can feel the breath of nature. Check in 🤳 Take pictures 📸 and you can see a large view at hand. There is also the hotel hot spring, Guhai Hot Spring ♨️ The sulfur smell is not used to it at first, but it will be fine later, but it is really relaxing to soak in it! 還可以還行，週末周邊度假合適的，環境也行，然後陽台有私湯，總之適合一家人周邊度假休息的，下次有機會還來。
