Si vous aimez les cafards, les blattes et autres coléoptères c est l endroit parfait. L hôtel *** et les thermes en sont infestés.... Restauration médiocre et 2 choix possibles. Rien n est fait maison. Assemblage des produits. Wifi passable. 2 fontaines d eau ( gratuite) dont 1 dans les thermes ( ouverts uniquement le matin du L au S) et dans la salle TV ( quand elle est ouverte...., celle ci sert aussi pour des formations ou reunions. Vétusté des équipements des thermes.....bref, a fuir. . Seul point fort : bonne literie.

J'y croyais vraiment à cet hôtel, "Grand Hotel" comme sont nom l'indique. je suis allé en cure pendant 23 jours, La chambre pas de réfrigérateur, la nourriture, que de l'industriel et surgelé, le repas du midi et du soir, c'est le même, mais le pire était à venir, DES BLATTES dans la chambre à 2 reprises, j'ai demandé une désinfection de la chambre, je n'étais pas la seule, d'autres résidents avaient le même désagrément, j'ai demandé à mon mari de me faire parvenir des produits pour détruire les blattes, et le directeur m'a remboursé les produits. Je n'irais jamais dans cet hôtel, c'est dommage car la situation géographique est très bien, mais malheureusement cet hôtel aurait besoin d'être remis à niveau. B.I

Je viens de faire une cure au grand hôtel pendant 3 semaines. Je voudrais prévenir les personnes qui veulent y aller. Tout d’abord l’accueil n’est pas au rendez-vous , aucune information donné et manque de bienveillance. C’est un hôtel 3 étoiles, pas de frigidaire dans la chambre même pas de bouteilles d’eau. Surtout que pendant la cure ,on me demande de beaucoup boire On me dit que les volets sont cassés, on aurait pu les réparer et on me dit que le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours. Ensuite les repas sont infectes tous les plats sont industriels. Je vous rappelle que c’est un hôtel 3 étoiles qui en mérite une. Voilà ma déception.

Chambre correcte pour 59 euros . Établissement mal insonorisé. Petit déjeuner très basique et peu de choix . A 12 euros c est très cher. Accueil agréable. Parking obligatoire et prix correct.
