Always a safe bet here. Great check in - quick, friendly, informative. Stayed in a King Room with a fridge , microwave, couch and desk with chair. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Nice towels, good water pressure and temp, bed linens, couch and surfaces were clean. Stay here several times throughout the year and this hotel consistently provides clean, safe accommodations and friendly customer service. There are some improvements/upgrades taking place in the hallway outside my room but this has had absolutely no negative impact on my stay.

We usually stay in $100 a night hotels so I was apprehensive about staying here. Well, that was unnecessary worry as this hotel was up to par with its more costly competitors. The room was nice and clean. The clerk was friendly and helpful. Free buffet breakfast was awesome for the price of the room. Highly recommend!

The smell when you walk in is like a cigarette smell. No elevator ? The manager/GM has a bad attitude towards her employees. Feel bad for the employees. At the same time she needs to treat them better than they might do a good job of cleaning the rooms.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Customer service was great. Valerie was awesome! The only issue I have is having to come up with 200 characters to have my review posted. Any other time, I would say forget it because it’s too much trouble but i believe Valerie deserves recognition!

We stayed to be close to a church event. Lorena and her staff made my family feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good night's rest. In the morning, we had the best hotel breakfast! The waffles were great.

Bathroom sink very slow to drain. Bed was comfy, staff was very nice, breakfast was very good. Location was good for area. .price a bit high for what the hotel offered. Was shocked to find out how much price dropped the day we left over 100 cheaper. Was OK for being a last minute decision for a place to stay. Thanks

We were there for the weekend for a wedding. We loved the continental breakfast and having a small refrigerator and microwave in our room. Everything was great. The only complaint we had was our toilet flooded (and the room next to ours did the save thing) and some of the rooms had a weird scent. They gave us old towels to clean up the flood and were helpful in replacing items that got wet (bath mat, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, etc.) Overall, we had a nice trip and I would definitely stay here again! Very helpful staff.

The room was very clean but the furniture was poorly arranged to accommodate walkers or wheelchair. The mattress was very uncomfortable......too soft. The bathroom could stand some modifications as well. We understand this location is an older property currently being remodeled. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is in good shape, and the lobby is decorated nicely. The staff was amazingly helpful and very friendly. The room itself smelled musty, and as if someone had recently smoked inside of it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed. The breakfast was very disappointing so honestly, there was a lot of hit or miss throughout the entire facility.
