Don’t trust these people, they’ll do anything to take your money use it and then cancel your booking because it wasn’t enough money for them. Especially if they find out that you are coming in from Europe. We booked a room for July in advance through Air B and B, we paid over 16 thousand in Turkish liras for 13 nights, where Air B and B had approved our reservation and also Melodi Club emailed saying it was approved. 4 weeks later we were emailed to say that it was cancelled. So we called Melodi club to ask why and what can we do to resolve it, they said that Air B and B had approved it without their permission and also blamed Air B and B that they just put a room price without their approval. How can a company put up a room price without somebody’s consent???? Ok so when we asked her what can we do to resolve this she told us to go to some other company’s and find out the price and on top of that she will give us a 10% discount. Ok we said you give us a price so she gave us a price and can you believe she wanted us to pay nearly double the amount of the price we paid previously that got cancelled. Which was 117 euros per night, that is over 26 thousand Turkish liras. So now we understand why she had cancelled on us. I didn’t know I was going to a 5* hotel!!?? Because that price she gave us was a price I would pay for an all inclusive 5* hotel. I told my husband not to call again and I would not pay a penny to this greedy person. They are big greedy scammers.
