Terrible
Hotel is tired and needs upgrading I paid over £520 for a double ,with a balcony,with dinner and breakfast.I asked what time dinner was served until and they said we don’t do dinner I had to walk to another hotel for that! Breakfast was poor.I would not re book this property again.

Das ist ein sehr herzliches und liebesvolles Hotel mit korrekten Preisen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Hotel Findet sich im Davos Dorf und alle Bergbahnen und Hauptattraktionen sind einfach erreichbar.

Waren für 1 Woche in diesem kleinen, zentral gelegenen Hotel (Bushaltestelle 2 Min.) und recht zufrieden. Zimmer geräumig,sehr sauber,aber kleines Bad mit schmaler Türe, m.E. also nicht für gewichtige Personen geeignet. Trotz geöffneter Fenster zur Straße nicht laut. Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot, da kann sich manches 4Sterne Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden! Abendessen 3 Gang Menü, allerdings keine Wahlmöglichkeiten,auch für Vegetarier wurde nur die Fleischportion weggelassen. Für ein Abendessen war allerdings ein "Ersatzkoch" im Haus, der es trotz mehrmaliger Reklamationen einiger Gäste nicht schaffte, die Bratwurst in verzehrbarer Wärme zu kredenzen. Der große Pluspunkt dieses Hotels ist seine gute Lage, vorallem aber die freundlichen und herzlichen Mitarbeiter. Für einen Aufenthalt ohne Schickimicki zu empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder nach Davos kommen,würden wir wieder buchen.

La estadia estuvo bien. Desayuno glorioso, comida muy buena en el restaurant. Limpieza excelente. Amplia habitacion y amplio baño con ducha y sin bañera. Atencion del personal excelente. Tener en cuenta que al estar sobre la ruta pueden escucharse algunos ruidos pesar de las ventanas von doble vidriado.

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia (bambina di un anno) per due notti presso l’Hotel Concordia. Per la nostra breve vacanza abbiamo optato per una “double room superior”, il trattamento è di mezza pensione. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo parcheggiato di fronte all’Hotel gratuitamente, sono presenti posti limitati, attenzione agli orari di apertura della reception per informazioni, check-in e check-out. La struttura appare datata nel suo complesso, presente l’ascensore, zona bar. La camera appare molto basica, ampia e senza alcune servizi come minifrigo, telefono, brochure di presentazione/elenco servizi. Il vetro di protezione della doccia posta nella vasca è di dimensioni contenute con alto rischio di bagnare il pavimento. L’offerta a buffet della colazione è minimal, sia dolce che salata, nessuna fetta di torta o crostata disponibile. Per la cena viene servito un menù fisso senza possibilità di modifiche oltre all’opzione vegetariana. La pulizia della camera risulta buona, oltre alla dimenticanza di un cellulare del personale alberghiero su un comodino e al non ripristino del rotolo della carta da WC di scorta. Le note assolutamente positive riguardano la posizione, centrale a tutte le attività proposte da Davos (viene consegnata alla reception la Premium Card per sconti e utilizzo gratuito dei bus) e la cordialità del personale. È stato esaudita anche una richiesta relativa ad una ricorrenza in famiglia con grande soddisfazione da parte nostra. In sintesi, una valutazione discreta è ciò che corrisponde all’Hotel nel suo complesso, struttura/servizi/personale/pulizia e rapporto qualità/prezzo.
