Untrustworthy Worse experience ever hung up on Gave Restoration to others and left stranded with no room Front desk was disrespectful and demeaning, hung up on me 3 xs Acted like was my fault and this is standard procedure I reserved w/cc a week prior

Was some scuffs but looks like they were remodeling, so that was fine. I think they should change out the comforters though fr. The fridge also had food from the last guest. Other wise it was fine

When I arrived to check in, the front desk was closed and I was not able to checkin. When I called the company they said there was nothing they could do because I reserved through *******. I called ******* and they didn’t help either. So, I wasted money on a reservation I never used.

This place is vile, beyond filthy. I was barefoot for one hour and my feet were black with sticky, hairy, sludge as if I'd been walking in tar. Floor was like a movie theater that offered haircuts. I think there was human poop on the head board of my bed. Even the plastic wrapped soap was covered in grime. Walls were paper thin and heavily stained. The room smelled like Dollar Store candles. The cabinet dresser was missing drawers. The pilled, rough bedding only came with one flimsy foam pillow. The bathroom has cigarette burns on the toilet and mirror. The front desk lost my reservation, charged me more for each of the 3 rooms I'd reserved on *******, and took over 40 minutes. I asked if the rooms could be together and received no reply, just a blank stare at the floor. Attendant called management for help locating my reservation and were told "nothing they could do." We were the only person there. They only gave us one key per room. When we tried to flee, the elevator broke. There is no morning/ overnight attendant if locked out

UNCLEAN ROOM My room qas filthy dirty and nasty i couldn't believe whst I saw i had yo go out and buy sanitizer and bleach for the room i stayed in this room gets very low rating your cleaning staff needs to get it together
