Holiday Inn & Suites Davenport

The front desk is very accommodating and extremely helpful. I’ve been here twice and enjoy my stay. The breakfast is also pretty good and worth adding when they ask if you’d be interested in having it. I also really like the location because you can get to a target or grab food quickly and easily!

What an amazing Holiday Inn. Looks brand new and so modern. The staff was amazing as they made me feel like a VIP. The cleanliness of the hotel was superior. So much attention to detail in my room. Truly appreciated all the efforts of the team. Ended day with dinner in J Bar. Awesome food.

The public areas of the hotel are beautiful with stunning art work and decor. The rooms a bit less so, broken drawer pulls and ripped armchair were disappointing. The rooms were spacious though with a fridge as standard. Shower pressure was good but not terribly hot. Breakfast was included in the rate and whilst the selection was good it was less than lukewarm. We arrived at 7.30 and I’m guessing the selection on offer had been in situ since before 7am and it wasn’t a busy day so no need to replenish with hot supplies. Overall I would stay again but would have breakfast elsewhere,

I loved the beautiful 3D art pieces in the grand entrance. This hotel is incredibly clean, and the food is very delicious. The staff are very kind and helpful. This location was close to the interstate which made it easy to see and navigate to.

This hotel was super clean, the rooms were very nice and the staff were super friendly. Was traveling to Indianapolis and in the way back cancelled another reservation that we had so we could stay here again. The beds were very comfortable and you could not hear any noise from other rooms.

Great location with easy access to I74 & I 80. Many shops and restaurants near by. Also located minutes away from TBK Bank Sports Complex. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The common areas were nicely decorated and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet included each morning. Ate dinner one evening at J Bar (located in the hotel) food was very good. Overall a nice hotel.

Right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and the harbour. On arrival, our rooms bins were still full from the previous guests. An on arrival drink didn’t arrive until we asked for it about an hour later. The next day after leaving a please tidy the room sign out we returned mid afternoon, to a still full rubbish bin, but we did have more milk? Very expensive for pretty average service.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great customer service. Whenever I am in the area for work I choose this hotel every time. The breakfast is also delicious. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay. No complaints about anything here.

If you're here and expecting to do business and need to stream live classes/conferences on your laptop, don't bother - WiFi is too weak and choppy. Even worse, no hot water in the shower... and I'm not talking about "I need it so hot that my skin melts off" kind of hot, just a simple "ah this feels good and not like pool water" hot. Especially since the sink pumped out hotter water. I'm a simple person and don't ask for much. Not sure if this is an energy or cost-saving measure due to Covid, but after 8 hours of driving, a hot shower or bath is all I'm really excited for and was promptly let down. Bummer. Hot tub is NOT open and had no water/was dry as a bone meaning it hadn't been working for a while (I think I remember seeing a comment from August 2022 saying it was down then too?). No update on when it would be operable again either for any of you staying here in the future. I totally get that these things happen and would be more sympathetic if I was able to take a hot bath instead, but there are ways for management to update their website/booking sites to reflect the temporary change of it being Out of Order. For the fact they didn't just feels neglectful and dishonest. Bed was comfortable enough, but it's nothing special. Was sad to see that there wasn't a down-esque comforter like in most H.I Express locations. Typical hotel otherwise. Lobby is beautiful, but rooms are meh unless I just got a lemon. Excellent amount of space and parking spaces for those with trailers/RVs/trucks, etc.
