We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a double funeral in a nearby location. This hotel was fantastic and even went above and beyond to set up our families in a conference room so we could grieve, share memories and be together.

I always check pet fees when traveling with my 2 dogs. I booked through Best Western app which said the pet fee was $25 per night. I was charged $25 per pet/night. When I questioned this I was told that it was in the fine print of the Terms and Conditions in my confirmation email.

So disappointed in this hotel. It's a lovely place, wonderful pool area, well laid out, had a great restaurant and bar. Came here several years ago and loved it so we returned.....to find out at check in, that the restaurant and bar have permanently closed. No advance information about this. And it didn't get better. Our room, 107, was permanently damp and A/C didn't help (tho I will say it was spacious) The secure lock on our door didn't work and the door to the hotel entrance nearest our room that was supposed to have a 'secure' key requirement just opened without any security. The beds have metal frames which squeaked with movement. (the pillows were nice!) The included breakfast was not well tended so there was no coffee, or hot water, or bread, or milk available when we got there. And it was less of a breakfast than last time (2 years ago) I had to go to the kitchen to find anyone. No one answered the phone at the front desk from the room, and it took 4 tries to get anyone to answer the phone when I called on the way in. I saw a total of 3 employees while we were there for 2 nights. It is clearly under new management and has wonderful potential but at this point I wouldn't return. No one seems to care....

Overall, very good hotel. Breakfast was great (loved the yogurt dispenser!), room was clean. The water pressure was noticeably low, but still did the job and some areas had a musty smell - not bad things per se but could be improved. Great value for the price.

Afraid to go inside
I pulled in the empty parking lot, weeds growing up through the pavement, paint very faded, big closed sign on door that went ito restaurant, the place looked abandoned and not maintained. I didn’t even go in to see if the were open, I would never been able to sleep here. Very scary vibe.

Nice place to stay
This hotel was very nice. Helpful and friendly staff helped make it a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-appointed. Good breakfast as well. It was also in a safe area.
