I don't like to leave negative reviews but if it will help fellow travelers stay away from bad places so be it. I will let the accompanying photos speak for themselves. The air conditioning unit was so rotten/dirty I could not use it the entire night or the next morning even with the hot Philippine sun beating in the window. This resulted in about 3 hours of sleep only because it was so hot. But I rather sweat and be stifling hot than breathe the foul unhealthy air from an air cond unit that hasn't been cleaned in at least a year. Secondly, the Wi-Fi is non-existent. If I didn’t use my own mobile hotspot from my phone, I would not have had any Internet too. Let the buyer/traveler beware.
