The hotel is old, and the rooms have been renovated but very basic and limited amenities.
On this stay, the hotel had a problem with the hot water supply for the day and the next morning, it was restored, but it was a bit inconvenient.
The breakfast spread is limited, and it could be better in taste and variety

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive. Even though we checked in nearly an hour later than the agreed time because of unforeseen delays, it did not negatively impact our experience at all; everything else was simply perfect. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the food deserves a solid 10/10.

The staff's attitude is bad.
If it's a problem with Trip, that's fine, but if the customer has already paid, they should handle it accordingly.
I don't really want to recommend this place. The other staff were nice, though...
