The hotel is nice. Great bang for the buck. Good location. Hotel is new. Everything is clean. Staff are hospitable.

The location is the city, ambiance is good, room is clean and tidy.
Unfortunately the staff in the reception is rude and unhelpful. I politely request for a additional pillows since my husband has a medical condition. He needs to have 2-3 pillows for him to elevate his head while sleeping. However the front desk staff strongly informed me that they are fully booked and she cannot provide an additional pillows since the pillows are all consumed.
So I just kept quiet and proceed to our room. So I ask one of the staff who help us in our luggage if he can spare me 2 more pillows. Good thing he provided us with 2 more pillows when he came back to our room. I understand if they are fully booked but that is not the problem of the client. Hotel Management should prepare extra pillows incase client will have their request. Management people in Hop Inn Hotel kindly conduct a seminar on your staff how to handle customer service. Since your staff in front desk is unprofessional, rude and no customer service at all. Attitude is everything....😡😠😣☹️😟

The place is still new. Clean and location is good. Has a mcdo in front of the hotel so you can just go out if you are hungry. Staff are nice and respectful.

Location is strategic. Room is very neat. Toilet and bath are clean as well. Beside fastfood chains. Easy access to transportation. Worth your money. Well-recommended to other short stay visitors.

i book almost 5days and the last day the aircon is so noisy i ask the reception to change to another room but she say ni vacant i dont think so if you book this hotel think twice thanks😀

Check in was fast. Expect only the basics. Clean towels, liquid bath soap, and hair dryer. Clean small room and no cabinet
