This is a pleasant place to stay in an excellent location in Davao, I can only recommend. The view on night market was just an added bonus.

However, we initially struggled to find it due to incorrect location pinning on the app, which caused some confusion. I highly recommend the owner address this issue to make it easier for future guests to locate the property. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and accommodating staff, who made us feel welcome from the start. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, equipped with essential amenities such as a TV, a hot and cold shower, and a functional air conditioning unit that added to our comfort. The ambiance of the location is also noteworthy—quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, I had a positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to my friends. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Place is right in the most accessible tranportation spot of the city. You could walk going to city night market (3 minutes), G-Mall (5 minutes), nearby convenience stores, ATMs, and fast food. Definitely a budget choice if you are just staying for a day or two. I dont have photos, I booked my sisters 1 night stay there, (it's safe so no worries) they said the rooms are decent, clean, and they were assisted well.

Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay. Great location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon. Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The amenities listed on the website were not provided at first. It was disappointing, but the front desk staff probably bought water, shampoo, etc. from a nearby store and provided them to me. Thank you.
