Shahpura Abhaneri Resort

Unique place just on the outskirts (2 minutes) of the village. Rooms were large and exotic, though cold at night as it was winter at the time. The gardens surrounding were sublime with squirrels scampering around and parrots in the trees ***** with other exotic birds. The Staff constantly cleaned the area and were very friendly and cheerful. The restaurant provided a variety of foods and all were of good quality. We were looked after so well by Pamkhi ladi meena each day and Yash went out of his way to book transport for us from and back to Jaipur. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Staying today 20th October with my family after booking a deluxe room for one day. Paid 12700 through make my trip. On reaching the hotel the gate was closed and there was no guard. We opened and went inside and we were given the room key and shown the room from reception. There was no service boy available. In the room we found no drinking water, dirty bathroom towels, no provision for hot water (geyser) in bathroom, a bathtub with no water available and room floor was full of dust that your feet turn brown The room has no TV , WiFi,or cupboard to store clothes. The service was extremely poor with no one available to attend to these complaints for hours. The quality of food in lunch was average. At dinner which was called a buffet, by the time our turn came all the vessels were empty. And to our shock we realised that there was no more food. The place is run by a totally unprofessional *** and it appears that they are into extreme cost cutting even at the expense of completely ignoring the customer. However they take better care of foreign tourist groups and perhaps that is their business mantra. I have presented the facts exactly as they occurred. I leave the inference to the reader as I am personally utterly disappointed .

nearby stepwell on walking distance, open space is good, for outdoor game its good, beautiful property. Ambiance luxury and look of property's is ravishing. Satisfyingly feeling at the time of checkout. In this competition Era this kind service is front runners.

Resort location is good and near to Harshad mata temple and abhaneri Bahari. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Mr. PUSHPENDRA and his team service was most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
