衞生和環境都很好，唯一不好的是享受兩點退房，但是不到十一點半房卡就消磁了，無法進門，去前台續磁後仍舊打不開，最後客房阿姨給打開的。這種體驗使得整體住房感覺不好，希望下次辦理入住時做退房相關事宜的詢問和提醒，以及處理相關問題時前台要首先説明情況，而不是冷冰冰的態度。
