Aesthetically, an exceptional hotel, beautifully designed with elegant furnishings and wonderful bedding. We especially loved the balcony in our room, which opened out to a nice forest view. The food at the restaurant was good, and the breakfast was one of the better breakfasts we had during our 2.5-week trip around Georgia. Our room rate also included access to the nearby bridge and canyon, which we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. However, the service was really poor, fell well below expectations, and completly impacted our experience. Simple requests were often met with confusion or a flat refusal. Upon arrival, staff watched as we struggled to carry two suitcases up the steps, offering no assistance. At the restaurant, we ordered a bottle of water, which was brought to the table—but we had to ask separately for glasses some time later when we finally caught the attention of a staff member. Our two meals arrived about 15 minutes apart, and again we had to ask for cutlery and napkins. There was entertainment in the restaurant at dinner and it was so loud staff were unable to hear our order. We eventually moved to a table outside and far away from the music. We called reception twice during our stay to order room service, but there was no answer and no call back, so we didn't bother in the end. In the room, there was a large gap under the door, making hallway noise audible in the room, though we did sleep well as the hotel appeared to be quiet. In summary, while the design, setting, and amenities were impressive, the service experience really let the overall stay down, so much so that we decided not to stay a second night and have no plans to return.

Price is too high for such place The property needs new management! We stayed two nights in the cottage with 2 kids in October month. The property has many technical problems with water leakage, sound system, staff organization, heating system Etc. Despite of high prices, we made a reservation for 2 nights. However, they checked out us in the system the next day and our cards were not working. We parked our car near our cottage and couldn’t depart because of the impenetrable barrier and there was no security service in time. There are no English-speaking staff. We paid additionally for breakfast and asked to be ready at 10 AM sharp. However, we had to wait of services 15 and more minutes. While asking for an omelette they informed us that they do not have eggs. Really??? Due to public holidays management should consider such cases as product orders and waiting for high demand. Anyway, hope that such a new place will make all the needed measurements to make this place the best one.

I am excited to visit this place, the service is amazing, the food is delicious, the hotel rooms are very comfortable. Thanks to the founder and staff for this pleasure. Me and my friends are going to visit this amazing place many times. Thanks the best service
