We were looking forward to a fire in our king suite but it didn’t work. We were disappointed.

This hotel is in desperate need of updating. The furniture is full of scratches and gashes (see photo), there there were lights in the room which didn’t work, and the ones that did work had bulbs which gave off cold, fluorescent style light. Housekeeping was miserable. The dust ruffle under the bed was disgusting (see photo), and the sink was clogged (see photo). Also, housekeeping is only every other day, which was not written anywhere or mentioned upon check in.

I stayed here the previous year on my annual visit to my home city of New Bedford, and I loved it so much; that me and my three rabbits stayed here again! The first thing we saw; were two wild rabbits outside, as if they were waiting to greet us. It is centrally located near shopping, dining, entertainment, and the major highways and interstate. And of course; the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable; with Nellie heading a wonderful staff including Andrew, Wayne, Sandra, Jillian, Jadin, Sophia, Carrie, and my apologies to anyone whom I failed to mention, or misspelled their names. There is also a wonderful daily breakfast buffet, a pool, and laundry facilities. We look forward to our visit next year, and I give it a top rating of two rabbit ears up!! ( ( ( -.-) o_(“)(“)

The hotel is in a decent location. I traveled for work. Hotel is outdated and needs to be overhauled. The staff was friendly. There was a big fly problem in my suite which I alerted the front desk to at checkout. I was surprised in the response of “oh.” No apology offered or further inquiry about the problem which made me suspect they were aware of it. The coffee was good and available early. I skipped the breakfast because the food didn’t look appealing to me.

I liked that it was clean. I didn't like that there was nothing to charge a phone in the room. Overall a bit dated for the price point. It was a scene out of 2005
