Lovely hotel. Right in the middle of town and 1 minute from Exeter Central station. Nice room and excellent shower. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Staff were lovely.

The hotel is located right next to the railway. About 2-min walk. Very convenient. Not much choice for hotel’s breakfast. Close to the city centre with lots of restaurants around. Cleanliness is okay.
