What i liked the most about luit vista is that it has such a cozy feel. The location is nice too, you can view the entire guwahati and brahmaputra lake while sipping your tea. Service was good too.

The best hotel i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. The look of the bramputra river from the balcony is mesmerising. Safe are very good in nature. Best place to stay in guwahti.

The property is located in a beautiful spot with a view of mountains and river. However the road to reach this property is horrible. I found the guest house staffs to be quite nice and professional. Reason for giving 3 rating:
1. Wifi doesn't work most of the time
2. Geyser doesn't work properly
3. Food options are limited
4. Availability of food during a particular time is also an issue. Regards
