Nothing was too much trouble and the staff deserve a mention for their helpful service. We attended a wedding and stayed over night. Food was wonderful and decor for the wedding outstanding. The rooms were lovely, clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped including fridge and bath robe. Definitely thinking of returning to this welcoming hotel. Breakfast was superb with everything you could wish for- love the crumpets, fresh fruit and little changes everyday.

Was invited to a wedding at The Croft and had a fabulous time. Seamless, easy check in. Super friendly staff throughout. Lovely drinks & cocktails and gorgeous food! Looking to be back just to stay another evening!

We had our wedding at The Croft 19.11 and it was the best day from start to finish. The staff are all amazing!! The venue itself is the most beautiful place but the wedding team are fantastic!! Jess the wedding manager, bar staff, reception and the MOC were incredible. Wish we could do it all again! A massive thank you to everyone at The Croft!!!!! Lisa & Jon Burgess

The place was lovely for a wedding, we paid extra for a nicer room, but it was very cold and the room could do with a make over and needs some money spent on the hotel. the evening food was very bland and not very warm, as I say it was average nothing that made us go WOW and wanted to rush back again, for the amount of money charged for two nights it was over priced.

In the whole it was alively venue with wonderful staff BUT the room's heating failed all day and night so, although they gave us a mobile electric heater we were still ditheringly cold all night as well as during the day. (22nd November)

We came for a menu showcase as we have booked our wedding here it was above and beyond our expectations. Food service and overall experience was just lovely.

Hotel beautiful however service was not to my standard food average no heating working in room no staff on reception to help room bit unsafe window then on check out tried to charge for food already paid for

Really nice place.. went for a wedding place looks lovely and the staff where all nice n friendly would highly recommend would stay here again
