Great stay again. Christine looked after us and checked that everything was good and made sure we had everything we needed. She spoke to us about the meal deal for the beefeater and we decided to go ahead with this. She booked us a table with them for the time we asked for. She checked in with us again later before she left for the day

4th stay here now. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The room is always nice and tidy. No problems with lighting etc. They decided to ditch the car parking charges (what a stupid idea) and when I questioned the staff about it, they seemed thankful that was stopped too!

Unscheduled stay but Christine on the evening shift made me very welcome. One suggestion would be to sell an overnight kit for unplanned stays ie. toothpaste and tooth, dental floss brush, deodorant, anti-persperant hair brush and comb.

Had a wonderful stay at the premier inn at Morton park. Rooms nice and spacious but best part is the exceptional staff. They were extremely helpful in helping to satisfy our autistic son and his needs. Very welcoming and friendly. Tracey in reception and Leanne in the restaurant were both fantastic. Love this place and can’t wait to come back.

Staying in a Hotel for 10 days comes with ups and downs. Generally that is. This 10 days was very pleasant, mainly due to the wonderful and friendly Staff. Two members that helped me outta a potentially difficult situation, Tracy and Angela. They both went that extra mile, to help and bring a bit of normality to my day, and stay.. Thank you to all staff that I came in contact with, always smiling and happy..

Staying for 3 nights for wedding. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and spacious. Staff in the restaurant are helpful and also cheerful. Only had breakfast. Great choice of food and drink . Will stay again if visiting family in the north east

Was here with work so needed a good sleep every night and we got it. Tracy behind the desk was lovely and the fact that the beefeater made up breakfast boxes for us (as we left before breakfast) was one less hassle. We were surprised that it was the premier inn night fella (bloke with the long hair, Mark or matt) was the one who made the breakfasts up but he did a bang up job and he always had a smile on his face. A really good stay.

The room we had was huge, it felt luxurious for the price, the beds were very comfortable and this was one of the quieter hotels we’ve stayed in so we all got an excellent nights sleep. The Halloween hunt for the children was a nice touch. This hotel is in a great location to explore.

Great value, easy to reach hotel. Easy instant check in. Staff available but not needed as process was so clear. Lovely, clean room with a very comfortable bed and bedding. Has a great restaurant next door without even leaving the building!
