I’ve stayed here a few times when going to the football in Middlesbrough. There’s loads of free parking, the staff are friendly and helpful, it’s very quiet and spotlessly clean. I really can’t fault this place and there’s a great fish and chip shop just a couple of minutes away.

Hotel is nice and clean, And the hotel night porter / receptionist Maureen was fantastic, we arrived late in the evening. Maureen was attentive and helpful making sure we had everything we needed for a comfy night. Hotel does not have hair dryer in rooms so Maureen sourced us one, aswell as an extra duvet. Lovely friendly lady.

Michelle and cazzie both checked me in, both so welcoming and friendly. Fast, easy check in. Lovely ladies.. £35 for a nights stay was affordable, beds were comfy, tea and coffee in the rooms and extras at the desk free of charge.. will definitely recommend and also stay again.

The room was warm and cosy well looked after plenty of tea and coffee shower was good and warm very much appreciated after long drive all staff were friendly and helpful thank you

Lovely short stay at Darlington . Quiet hotel and clean rooms with very friendly staff especially Kelly and Kirsty who is the hotel manager. The parking is big and free, which is a bonus when most places now charge you. I would highly recommend this hotel.

After driving so long to this hotel it was so nice to be greeted with a lovely smile and such a happy person called Michelle she was so welcoming and friendly lovely to see not often you get that so that's why I'm leaving this review and I hope too stay here again

Stayed here for 2 separate nights to and from Scotland. Great little hotel, especially Michelle who checked us in on our way home. She was wonderful with our little girl! Great service thank you! Karen cleaned our room both times and it was immaculate.

Always a warm greeting at Darlington Yarm Road travel lodge. Toby carvery next door and big shops in the nearby area plus open aspect views from windows
