Room quality is best except the mountain views. Restaurant doesn't serve with non veg foods. Road to hotel premises movement for guests are to much difficult and there is no lift in the hotel. Staffs behavior is very good. They provide daily sanitization to maintain good hygiene.

Hotel is located 200 meters away from mall road and the price is very high which you can get other better hotels in mall road and the helpers there say i am expecting atleast 100 rupees from you for doing their job of bringing luggage to room. Food is the only part which was good in the stay

Junior Suite Room which I booked was not at all what I saw in the photos posted. Very Dirty room. Not clean at all. Unhygienic bed sheets. Dirty Floors and bad smell from bathrooms. They gave us dirty bedsheets even after changing them. Service was very poor. They asked for money for each service. Too much spicy food very much unhealthy for tourists. Located near mall road but one has to walk steep uphill to reach the hotel.

There are no home appliances as mentioned in the amenities list and no view in the room. Water shortages, room heater not available, hall for leisure time or coffee not available even room to small.

Hotel is near mall road very comfortable stay and receptionist and all other staffs are taking care of guests. Room was very good and comfortable.

The room provided by the hotel was excellent. The restaurant at the hotel is vegetarian. But the food quality was excellent. Only thing that was a bit on the negative side was the location. The hotel is not perfect for elderly people.

The location of the property is good, easy to find, walking distance from vehicle pick up and drop point in the centre of the town, there was some inconvenience due to non-availability of lift, because it's not so easy for children and females to step up to the third floor, deluxe rooms are very small, not well equipped in comparison to the charge per night, linen are the dirtiest we have ever experienced, foul smelling toilet, intercom was unavailable, food quality is good, well secured environment.
