If I could have given less than 1 star, I would choose that only. Absolutely horrible place to stay in Darjeeling. Although it's near the mall road, the road is too steep to walk. The elevation is too much for every tourist ( not only for an aged person). On top of that, rooms on 1st and 2nd floors don't have any windows. You will feel suffocating after staying for sometime, as there is no air circulation ( it's kind of room in the basement with no sunlight and air). We also faced issues with the water supply. Water was not available in the bathrooms. Geezer was turned off. Last but not the least, the hotel staff were rude and non-cooperative. Absolutely not recommended if you are planning to stay in Darjeeling.
