Great location and the advantage of having an elevator from ground floor. However, the hotel is undergoing major repair work and hence is mostly covered with scaffoldings therefore not much to view from the rooms. In addition one of the elevators were also not working.

Excellent experience, check in process was very smooth, all the hotel staff are well behaved, room service was prompt. Breakfast menu was at per with their fame. Food was good. Washroom was hygienic. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay at ramada darjeeling. Thank you.

The location of the hotel is very nice with great views of the mountain and kanchi janga. The food was nice and support staff were also very nice

The location is excellent but the hotel is in poor condition. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked from the floor above, the safe was broken, and the service was indifferent. The restaurant was clean and the breakfast nice with a good selection.

Immature staff, no patience. Requested for early check in around 12.20pm and early check out on same day around 7.00pm. Girl (Roshini) startrd talking in arrogant tone saying, she can't do anything until 2.00pm.After asking them to call manager, he apologized and gave us one of the two rooms we booked, when we requested him to help give other room, he started behaving rude too. I agree check.in time is 2.00pm but their attitude in explaining this point was extremely arrogt

Renovation is going on in the hotel due to which a lot of sound is coming. Most of the places are dirty including room balcony. Breakfast was of substandard quality with very low spread.
