Muy mala experiencia con el personal del hotel La experiencia en este hotel fue totalmente indignante. Una de las empleadas nos trató de forma grosera, altanera y sin el más mínimo respeto. Nos echó del lugar sin ninguna razón válida, incluso viendo que estábamos con niños y una persona de la tercera edad. Fue un momento humillante, cargado de maltrato verbal y cero consideración. No hubo empatía, ni sentido común, ni el más mínimo nivel de profesionalismo. Jamás me habían hecho sentir tan mal en un lugar donde uno va a descansar. Este hotel no merece ser recomendado mientras mantenga personal con ese tipo de comportamiento. No recomendaría este lugar y espero que la administración tome cartas en el asunto y capacite mejor a su personal en atención al cliente. Lamentable.

El hotel está ubicado en el municipio del Darién, en el centro. Es sencillo y limpio, Cuenta con una piscina de buen tamaño y profundidad. No cuentan con restaurante, sin embargo en el pueblo hay lugares agradables para comer, no cuentan con parqueadero, si viajan en moto la pueden dejar al frente del hotel en la estación de bomberos por Cop $2.000 12 horas. El proceso de reserva es complicado, se demoran en contestar directamente y cuando la haces a través de alguna agencia en linea te cancelan la reserva y te cobran antes de llegar.
