I can't way enough wonderful things about this hotel. Once we got our room situated to a little more private one with a private pool overlooking the ocean, we were thrilled. We were steps from the dining area and the beach and pool. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL, with Evan (the hote manager) making sure we were happy with our room to lovely Elena who coordinated anything we needed or wanted. This is about 10 min from the Old town in Chania) which is lovely by the water. The little town wrapped around the harbor is lovely and the restuarants are plentiful and so good. It is very charming. But our experience at the Noruz was just magical. I think the ease of it all made it perfect for us to just chill. The setting is gorgeous and the sunsets to die for. The room was not a ”suite” but we loved our outdoor area with a pool. They have an outdoor/indoor gym, a spa, and they will arrange anything for you in the way of tours, etc. We highly recommend this hotel and loved it. The dining is very good and service was great. There is a little ”private” room for VIP where you can get snacks/drinks all throughout the day. We loved it here!

Today, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.

The scenery and price of this hotel is nothing to say, we stayed at the star hotel next to the hotel for the last two nights and moved to the last night. The garden of this hotel is quite beautiful, the sea view room is superb, and the room next to a bowl of two thousand plus four thousand plus sea view is more cost-effective! The most important thing is that you can cook instant noodles and stir-fry a tomato egg, but the biggest problem is that the hotel quilt is the kind of blanket. In the case of hygiene, the felt felt was lacking, and there was no toiletries, which was why we moved to the city for one night. Personally feel that it is suitable for summer vacations with a good quilt for three or five days.

We have just returned from a weeks' stay and feel sorry we didn't make it two. Epas, his wife and the small team working onsite, were the consummate hosts. Ever-attentive, with tips on the local area, they provided a fabulous breakfast, a lovely pool and spotless surroundings. Close to the beach and amenities, there's a bus stop right outside and enough onsite parking for car drivers. Although the road outside can be busy at times, we didn't feel disturbed by it despite occupying one of the front-facing apartments. I sincerely wish we have the opportunity to return in the future.

We loved this small and intimate hotel. From the time we arrived until we departed the staff and facilities were so welcoming. Big comfy sunbeds a beautiful pool with a shelf area to keep cool in. Breakfast was a real event and beautifully presented . The hotel is set back from the road and isn’t really overlooking the sea however there are four different beaches just across the park five to ten mins walk. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. Our room was spacious and modern with a large balcony. Well done to everyone who looked after us and thank you.
