Ho soggiornato in questo studios semplice ed accogliente non potrei essere più soddisfatta. La pulizia era impeccabile e gli spazi ben organizzati. L’host è stato molto disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza con vari consigli sulla zona e luoghi da visitare. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Haris e Stella gentili e sempre disponibili mi hanno fatto rivivere la vera Grecia ❤️ e mi hanno fatta sentire come a casa. Il posto è comodo per qualsiasi escursione ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo la notte. Si trovano ristoranti e locali dove poter mangiare . A pochi passi da varie e bellissime spiagge. Una bellissima esperienza da ripetere il più presto possibile.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in dieser Anlage und haben uns immer wohl gefühlt. Es ist ruhig, Strand und Park sind schnell erreichbar und in 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Bus in Chania. Es liegt ein unglaublicher Duft verschiedener Kräuter in der Luft und der Garten zeigt eine Vielfalt mediterraner Pflanzen. Der Weg zu unterschiedlichen Resaurants ist kurz und auch eine Lebensmittelgeschäft liegt nicht weit von der Anlage entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher.

A family of 2 parents, a super active toddler and two grandparents felt very welcomed at Zinovia apartments. We rented two studio apartments and enjoyed a 7 days stay. The apartments is located near the best child-friendly beach around Chania and it is only a 5-min walk to it. The beach has shallow waters, only small waves, shade from the sun because of the trees near it. The accommodation has a large yard in which our daughter was running and spreading her toys or playing with the very friendly cats. And the hosts are the embodiment of Greek hospitality: they offer a lot of suggestions of places to visits, restaurants to eat, things to do and can also tell you a lot about the Cretan history. Plus, they keep the apartments very clean (towels are changed, floor is moped/cleaned and garbage is taken out daily), which gives an enormous feeling of safety for a mother. The cleanliness extends also to the kitchen, which has well kept and good quality pans & pots, all you need for small meals to be cooked for a child. And the sandwich-maker saved the day so often. To be honest, I’d go also next year, it is just so easy here with an active toddler.

We lived in the Zinovia for 2 weeks and it felt so comfortable cause it was exactly what we wanted. The Zinovia is located in a residential area. The Mix between Hotels and Greeks living in their own properties is what we liked. Despite the surrounded lively Nightlife it was really quiet at night in the zone of the Zinovia apartments. The Studio was really nice. The Kirchen has everything you need for self catering. There is of course air conditioner, TV and WiFi. Changing of towels regularly. The terrace was pretty big with beautiful garden furniture. The estate is surrounded by a lot of greenery, trees and big plant everywhere what makes it feel so comfortable and quiet romantic. The sea is just a 3 minute walk away. But what made it really special to us were the hosts, Stella, Kostas, Haris and Zinovia. This family is the main reason for the harmonous Atmosphere. You can not describe what they do to make each and everyone feel comfortable, and happy. There are always on your side when you need them with grace and self evidence.Any question they have the answer. For them nothing is impossible just everything is possible. Sure we will see them again. Zinovia, for us the Place to be.

The experience I had at Zinovia was top-tier! We stayed here for about 2 weeks in June and it was one of our favorite places we visited in Greece after traveling around the country for about a month. It's a very short walk to the beach and the price was unbeatable for the surrounding area and quality provided. (Book directly to get the best deal!) As someone who works in hospitality and hotels, I try not to be a high-maintenance guest but unfortunately, I made a great mistake on our first day there... I left something very important on the overnight ferry we took to Chania. After telling them the situation I felt like I was treated as if it was their own personal family problem, we jumped in the car and got back to the port and I was able to get what I needed back. I even tried tipping at least €50 for the inconvenience but they declined! Overall I believe this is one of the best hotels/apartments to stay at in the Chania region! Thank you all again for your hospitality! :)

Very kind and helpful host. The apartment was spacious with air conditioning that cooled the room quickly. Large place to park behind gate if traveling by car. Area was great with lots of restaurants, the beach within walking distance, and Chania just a short drive away. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

We were lucky enough to know Stella and her wonderful family 3 years ago where we stayed at zinovia. I won't dwell on the spotlessly clean rooms, convenient location and room amenities. I would really like to say a big THANK YOU to these people who stood by us on our health adventure! They were by our side in practice, with food, medicine, and even an escort to the Chania hospital. We will never forget what you did for us!!!! Those of you who happen to read this review, if you are looking for something beyond a nice clean room and convenient location then Zinovia is the place to stay!!!! It is a place where you will meet humanity and a wonderful family!!!
