My boyfriend and I have just returned from a week at Domes Noruz. We have done a few holidays together (Europe and long haul) and this was by far our favourite hotel. On arrival we were greeted warmly, offered refreshments and given a tour of the hotel before being shown our room. We felt very welcomed by the staff and immediately felt at ease. The whole vibe of the hotel is chilled out but still has an atmosphere to it. Despite it being August, it never felt busy or overcrowded and we were very impressed that we could get a sun lounger at any time of the day. We liked that you could choose from the chilled out pool (no music, very quiet) the upbeat pool (music and a bar but still chilled) or the beach. There was always somewhere to go to suit your mood. There was also a real mix of guests there and have recommended it to parents (in their 60s) and friends (in their 30s) as it suits all ages. The hotel has a beautiful aesthetic to it, very Mediterranean yet modern. The grounds are very well kept and lovely to walk around. All of the staff are so polite and helpful and we always felt well looked after. During the day, staff offer iced water, small smoothie shots and cold flannels to guests, which was a thoughtful and luxurious touch. There is a concierge at reception, which is helpful for taxis/trips etc. We had breakfast included in our stay - it was a big spread with lots to choose from - always delicious and of course the service from staff was excellent. We only had lunch there twice and no dinners as we wanted to explore but both times the lunch was excellent. The food can be quite expensive but we knew this would be the case and there were beach bars nearby as another option. There isn’t loads of choice in the local area but Chania old town is easily accessible by bus or taxi and so we spent a lot of evenings there, which we loved and would highly recommend. Overall we had an amazing holiday and have come home feeling incredibly relaxed. We have recommended the hotel to all our friends and family and would happily return.

I dont know where to begin. Its simply amazing, spectacular hotel with an amazing sunset. We stayed at the room with plunge pool by the quite pool . It just was spectacular. Entire hotel was extremely clean. Beach was probably was the best beach we’ve ever experienced ( we live in Florida ) . Stayed there 5 days and every day was a beach day. There are two pools. One by the beach and the bar and other is in quite area with no music and only a few ppl during the day. This hotel is in a beautiful town with tons of food and drinks options even though they offer dinner and drinks at their restaurant n bar. We had a rental car but didn’t touch it for 5 days. Every staff member we interacted with was super helpful and polite . This stay was one of the best stays we’ve experienced it any marriott hotel and definitely will come back .

Domes Noruz was a beautiful, sumptuous experience! The setting was gorgeous - breathtaking ocean views & sunsets. And the service tye perfect balance of attentive and respectful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property, beach and room was really nice. The only negative is the charge for using the sauna. It was very expensive to use and most hotels do not charge for the use of sauna.

We stayed at the Domes Noruz for our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with an exceptional level of hospitality. Konstantinos and his team went above and beyond to provide us with an unforgettable vacation. We really enjoyed the honeymoon package and the honeymoon breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip! The hotel is beautiful, very clean and is perfectly located on the beach and close to town. We were so impressed with the staff who were always available if we every needed anything. We would highly recommend this hotel for honeymooners looking for a relaxing, luxury honeymoon stay in Crete!
